Fresh Bread

There's a polar blast hitting the country and snow may even make it up this end of the island, but at least we have hot, fresh bread and a fire to keep warm.  This is the easiest bread to make, you can find the recipe here (just remember that an Aussie tablespoon = 20mL)

Hello! Thanks for your kind comment on Witchmountain!This bread looks great; I make a similar one that requires no kneeding and cooks in a lidded pan (in the oven)which makes it very moist but with a good crust.( enjoy the snow if it comes your way!)
